About Us
Having spent more than 20 years in Power and Electricity related projects in India and abroad, to promote Renewable Energy u2013 especially, Solar Powered Plants, KG Insolation came into being in April 2022 as CP of Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd.
It has a seamless track record of delivering more than 200 big and small Solar Power Systems installations since then. Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd produces best in class Solar Power Panels and has done numerous installations worldwide.
KG Insolation team has qualified and experienced Engineers and Diploma holders who have more than 10 years’ experience in the area of Solar Power Plant installations.
We have team of more than 20 persons who are responsible for end-to-end delivery to the customers. Team has a mix of experts in the area of Engineering, Marketing, Accounting and Service Delivery

Experienced Team
Vice President - Sales and Operations. Graduated from Delhi University and is a Delhi State Cricket Veteran. Has spent years with All India Radio and Delhi Doordarshan as an accredited sports commentator, interviewing eminent sports celebrities. Before moving into the Renewable Energy Sector, he worked on Projects with Discoms and Electronic Surveillance. In the year 2011, led a very challenging project of the Indian Consulate in Kandhar (Afghanistan) for providing Electronic Surveillance and seamless Power Supply by installing Batteries' operated Solar System. (Pre Taliban Era). He has also led the completion of a large number of Electrical Projects with UPPCL & PVVNL, including the Installation of 200 Transformers, 700 feeder pillars, 200 km of dog conductor cables, and 300 km of ABC cabling to prevent thefts. APDRP Electrical Project-2006 to 2008 (Project Value - Rs.72 Cr). Also worked on laying of underground cable in Pune to connect various 33 KV Substations and HT/LT lines connections to the main stream in the bordering area of Punjab under Rajeev Gandhi Vidut Yojna.
Arun Srievastava is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and Delhi University. He has rich experience of more than 30 years working with Blue Chip Companies at senior management positions. He worked with DCM and the Escorts group, Idea Cellular Ltd, Reliance, Bharti Airtel, and Tata Docomo before joining KG Insolation as its Managing Partner. He takes keen interest in education and is a visiting Guest Faculty to IIM Lucknow, Apeejay, IMT, Jaipuria Institute of Management, amongst many others. He has led IT- Customer Service Business transformation projects new technologies in Bharti Airtel and Tata Teleservices and takes keen interest in spreading knowledge of benefits of renewable energy to Industrial and residential consumers.
Ms. Anshika is an experienced management professional with over 12 years of expertise in project management, client servicing, stakeholder coordination, and strategic operations. Holding an MBA in Sales & Marketing, she has successfully managed cross-functional teams and high-value projects across leading corporate organizations. As an Advisor, she contributes towards business strategy, operational efficiency, and client relationship management while supporting organizational growth and process excellence. Her strong leadership, analytical approach, and execution capabilities help ensure smooth coordination, effective decision-making, and enhanced customer engagement across business operations.
Mr. Akshhat is a dynamic technology and operations professional with expertise in program management, enterprise systems, strategic operations, and process optimization. Holding a Master’s degree in Software Engineering with specialization in Product Management, he brings strong technical acumen combined with strategic business insight. As an Advisor, he contributes towards operational planning, technology-driven solutions, process scalability, and organizational development. With experience in managing complex cross-functional programs and large-scale operational workflows, he plays an important role in driving efficiency, innovation, and structured growth within the organization. His analytical mindset, leadership capabilities, and solution-oriented approach help strengthen project execution, operational reliability, and long-term business strategy.
Mr. Vijay Kant is a seasoned finance professional and an alumnus of CCS University, holding qualifications in B.Com and LLB. With over 20 years of extensive experience in Finance and Accounts, he brings strong expertise in financial management, compliance, and operational coordination. Associated with the solar and renewable energy sector for more than a decade, he plays an important role in overseeing financial operations, maintaining process transparency, and supporting efficient business management. His practical understanding of finance, combined with his professional approach and industry experience, contributes significantly to the organization’s operational stability and long-term growth.
He is qualified B.Tech. from IP University bringing over 15 years of extensive hands-on Solar Industry experience. With strong technical expertise and exceptional leadership capabilities, he plays a pivotal role in supervising and executing projects with precision and efficiency. He is actively involved in overseeing every stage of project implementation, ensuring quality workmanship, operational excellence, and timely execution. His practical approach, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to engineering standards make him a valuable leader within the organization and a trusted point of coordination for successful project delivery.
Anil Srivastava is a skilled and dedicated professional with ITI qualification. backed by over 20 years of rich hands-on industry experience. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in electrical installations, system execution, site supervision, and maintenance operations across various projects. Known for his practical expertise and solution-oriented approach, he plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth on-site operations, adherence to safety standards, and efficient project execution. His deep technical knowledge, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship have consistently contributed to the successful completion of projects and long-term client satisfaction.
Namrata Singh is a Diploma Holder (Mechanical Engg) with over 8 years of diverse professional experience across multiple operational and coordination domains. She plays a key role in managing net metering process while ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders, including NPCL, PVVNL, and other DISCOMs. With a customer-centric approach and strong technical understanding, she efficiently handles regulatory procedures, documentation, and approvals while safeguarding the interests of clients throughout the project lifecycle. Her dedication, communication skills, and industry knowledge contribute significantly to delivering smooth and hassle-free customer experience

He has been actively involved in Installation of Solar Structures, Plinth making work, welding, project execution, troubleshooting, and on-site operational support across various assignments. With strong practical knowledge and attention to detail, he contributes significantly to maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring quality standards during project execution. His commitment to timely delivery, technical reliability, and teamwork makes him an important part of the organization’s engineering and operations team.
He is a graduate and seasoned professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in sales management and operational coordination.
