RMSI Private Limited is a global IT services company specializing in geospatial and software services. Operating a large corporate campus in Noida requires immense, round-the-clock power. The facility houses heavy IT infrastructure, high-density server rooms, and continuous HVAC cooling systems essential for maintaining optimal operating temperatures for hundreds of workstations and data centers.

Maintaining this 24/7 technological backbone on conventional grid electricity meant massive commercial power bills and a high carbon footprint. As a forward-thinking global corporation, RMSI recognized the need to offset its energy consumption and align its corporate campus with global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) sustainability standards.

The Solar Solution: A 100 kWp Milestone

Our engineering team successfully designed and commissioned a robust 250 kWp On-Grid Commercial Solar Plant across the corporate campus.
Corporate Rooftop Optimization: IT campuses often feature complex rooftop architecture. Our team conducted a meticulous shadow mapping analysis, optimizing the available roof space to securely mount high-efficiency Tier-1 solar modules without compromising the building's aesthetics or existing rooftop utilities.
High-Yield Technology: Powered by TATA Power’s advanced engineering, the system utilizes premium solar modules paired with smart grid-tied inverters. This setup ensures maximum energy yield and seamless integration with the building's sensitive IT power distribution boards.
Intelligent Net Metering: The 250 kWp plant is synchronized with the local utility grid. Over the weekends and holidays when the office load is significantly reduced, the system acts as a revenue generator, feeding surplus clean energy back to the DISCOM through a net-metering framework to earn energy credits.
